The training program developed at Sierrita over the last twelve months has led to several significant improvements in both safety performance and productivity. Our most easily quantified results have been in truck productivity, where we have also experienced a 6% decrease in truck cycle times. We feel this is due to increased skill levels and awareness on the part of our operators due to our new training effort.
